Important: If you change to a more expensive event, you will automatically be charged the price difference at the time of the transfer. If you change to a less expensive event, no refunds will be issued. Discount codes previously applied will not carry over when changing events or distances. All transfers are subject to event availability, and standard event policies apply.
Yes. Shirt size changes are allowed based on available inventory and are not guaranteed.

Important: The new registrant will receive an email from RunSignUp with instructions to complete their registration. The transfer is not complete until they finish this step.
The original registrant is responsible for paying the $25 transfer fee. The new participant will complete their registration for $0. There are no refunds. Any exchange of money between the original and new registrant is entirely up to those parties.
This race does not offer refunds or deferrals. If you are registered for the event, you agreed to the no refund and no deferral policy prior to submitting your online registration. This includes those who experience illness, injury or any other condition that may prevent them from participating in the event.
Unfortunately, refunds and deferrals are not available, including in cases of illness, injury, scheduling conflicts, or ANY OTHER circumstance that prevents participation.
This race offers male, female, and non-binary gender divisions. Participants should register and compete in the division that best aligns with their gender identity or personal expression. No documentation is required to select or compete in your chosen gender division.
Unfortunately, despite our efforts, participants will not be able to enter Lambeau Field.
However, all participants will pass through the iconic area, taking in the views in the shadow of Lambeau Field!
Headphones are allowed, but we ask that you keep the volume at a reasonable level for your safety and to be considerate of fellow participants. You should still be able to hear other runners and volunteers nearby. Please be respectful of those around you!
Yes, the event is sanctioned by USA Track & Field, and the course is certified, making it a Boston Marathon qualifier.
The course is flat and fast, with no steep inclines or declines, making it ideal for achieving personal bests.
Strollers are permitted in all races.
The adult pushing the stroller must be a registered participant with a bib, and the child must remain in the stroller throughout the race.
Please be aware of participants without strollers at the start line and throughout the race!
The average high is 67 degrees Fahrenheit and the average low is 45 degrees Fahrenheit.

Gatorade, water, bananas, and gels will be available throughout the courses.
The marathon course will remain open for 7 hours (16-minute per mile pace) and the half marathon course will be open for 6 hours.
Walkers are welcome in both events. Support vehicles will follow the slowest finishers, adhering to the course closure timeline.
*Pre-purchased merchandise will be available for pick-up at the merchandise table at Early Packet Pick-Up or at the post race party.

The Epic Marathon and Running Festival offers a Gear Check service for all participants on race morning.
Gear Check will be available starting at 5:30 AM on race day at Green Bay Action Sports Organization right next to the EPIC Event Center entrance! Please enter the front door and follow the signs to the gymnasium.
Gear bags will be provided at packet pick-up and on race morning upon request.
How It Works:
- Participants can drop off their gear check bag with their corresponding bib number at the designated gear check area.
- After the race, pick up your gear at the same location by presenting your matching bib number. Gear check will be available until the course closes at 2:00 PM.
Important Notes:
- Race Day Events and EPIC Event Center are not responsible for lost, stolen, or damaged items. Please avoid placing valuable or fragile items (e.g., rings, smartphones) in your gear check bag.
- After 2:30 PM, any unclaimed bags will be taken back to Race Day Event's office. To retrieve unclaimed bags, email raceday@racedayevents.com to schedule pickup or mailing for a $10 shipping fee.
- Race Day Events will hold unclaimed gear check bags for 30 days after the event.
We hope to have about 2500- 4,000 participants between all of our events on race weekend!
Event t-shirts are picked up with your race packet. To claim your packet, you’ll need to provide your full name and/or your confirmation email QR code at packet pick-up.

Yes! We even have a wheelchair division.
The Top 3 in the Wheelchair Division will receive an overall award.
Yes. There will be portable restrooms available at every aid station along the course, approximately every 1.5 miles.
No, there is no race morning registration.
You have the option to pick up your race packet on the morning of the event by purchasing Will-Call Packet Pick-Up for $30 during registration.
Important Note: If you arrive on race morning without having purchased Will Call, you will be charged $30 on-site to collect your packet. Make sure to take advantage of this option during registration to save time and avoid extra fees!
Race Day Events will hold event awards for 30 days after the event is complete.

*Please note that we charge a $10 shipping fee for any participant wishing to have their award mailed after the event is complete.

How do I sign up for event insurance? Add-on coverage is offered during the checkout process when signing up for this event. You will be given the option to add or decline coverage with one click. Note: If you decide to decline coverage, you will not be able to go back and add it after registering.
